2. When and for what purpose does CAPTRON Electronic GmbH collect personal data?

CAPTRON Electronic GmbH collects, stores or processes data only for exercising its own business purposes.
Our website is principally available for all users without personal data being collected. Thus, your personal data shall be exclusively requested, processed or used within the required scope in accordance with the purpose of the contract.

6. Customer registration and CAPTRON newsletter

The data entered by web page visitors while registering for the CAPTRON newsletter shall be exclusively used for the purpose of the use of the newsletter office. Users can be informed about circumstances per e-mail which are relevant for service or registration (for example, changes to the newsletter offer or technical conditions).
Data is collected which is entered into the input screen within the scope of registration. These are: First name, last name, e-mail address and company. The data is exclusively used for newsletter shipment and is not passed on to third parties.
You may revoke your consent to store your personal data and its use for newsletter shipment by CAPTRON at any time. There is a corresponding link for this purpose in each newsletter. Furthermore, revocation may be made via newsletter checkout on the website and via additional contact options specified on the website.

We collect the following personal data during registration for use of personalized services within the framework of partner logins: Company, first name, last name, position, telephone number, e-mail address and country. This occurs for the purpose of establishing contact with possible trade partners.

8. Contacting CAPTRON

If a website user contacts CAPTRON Electronic GmbH per e-mail, the statements made by the user shall be stored for the purpose of processing questions and for possible follow-up questions.

9. How long will the data remain stored?

We adhere to the principles of data reduction and data economy.
